This can be an item you purchased elsewhere and are uncertain if it is authentic or it can be an item you own but need the Authenticity Certificate to sell the item.
This service can only be performed in-store Tuesday - Saturdays. If the item you bring us is indeed authentic; we will send you the certificate and the code. If the item turns out to be inauthentic; we will give you the information so you can take it back to whoever you purchased the item from. If you need official paperwork outlining the reasons Entrupy determined your item to be inauthentic; there is a fee of $12 for that additional service.
